How to define your body type
Just recently someone asked me my body type, to which I replied “Uh, I’m not sure.” If they had asked me my size or even my weight, those questions would have been easier to answer, but body type? I had no idea.
After a little research and some grueling honesty, I found out that I was a “Ruler” body type. My first reaction of course was “great, I’m built like a ruler.” But none of the body type names, with the exception of hourglass, sound very pleasant: ruler, pear, and hourglass body types.
But now that I’ve learned how to define my body type, I’m quite happy.
Once you learn your body type, shopping for clothing online becomes much easier.
